I forgot…

For those of you who have spent any length of time with me (doesn’t have to be long) this is not an unfamiliar phrase.  I say it.  All the time.  Sometimes with alarming frequency.  Usually accompanied by the exasperated sighs of teammates/roommates/friends/etc…

This time, I forgot about my blog.  Literally.  For 3 straight weeks, I did not spare a single brain cell to the fact that the last thing I posted on here was about a giant centipede.  I said “I conquered”, but apparently I also died of my battle wounds for I have been almost entirely absent ever since.

Well, I won’t say sorry.  Or promise to post more often.  Because bloggers are CONSTANTLY apologizing for not posting and then they promise to post more often.  But of course, we never mean this promise.  Even when we do mean this promise, we really don’t.  And seeing as I’ve already told this lie at least once or twice or 10 times, I know no one is gonna believe me anyway.  So I won’t even bother trying.  Instead, I have this random old picture of Juhee and a GINORMOUS (probably the world’s biggest) rice scooper.  (Jenny, in case you see this, I only just remembered I had it and I’ve Dropbox-ed it for you)
